Claudia Winkleman’s appearance left Strictly Come Dancing viewers very distracted this evening, with many rushing to compare her to Changing Rooms host Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen.
The presenter stepped out with Tess Daly in a white satin blouse, which featured some very dramatic pleated cuffed sleeves.
Claudia paired the head-turning top with a black waistcoat and skinny black trousers, completing the striking look with a pair of white stiletto heels.
Meanwhile, Tess provided a bright contrast to Claudia’s monochrome ensemble, in a vibrant red suit.
It wasn’t long before BBC viewers took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their views on the look, with one tweeting: “Cmon now Laurence Llewelyn Bowen, I mean Claudia.”
“Why is Claudia cosplaying as Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen and Helen as a f***ing poppy? Behave. #strictly,” another fan quipped – referencing Tess Daly’s real first name.
A third viewer teased: “Oi, Claudia. Your cuffs need starching #Strictly.”
“How many napkins had to suffer to make Claudia’s outfit? #Strictly,” a fourth fan pondered.
A fifth tweeted: “Tess dressed in an oversized creased left over quality street suit and Claudia wearing sleeves you can’t do the washing up in. It’s … #Strictly.”
“#Strictly Nice lampshade sleeves Claudia,” another social media user quipped.
Just before the live show aired, Claudia took to Instagram to give her 765,000 followers a glimpse at her outfit for the evening.
The Traitors presenter was pictured with a takeaway coffee cup in hand, as she posed behind-the-scenes at Elstree Studios, where Strictly is filmed.
Many fans took to the comments section of the post to ask where Claudia’s blouse was from.
Her Statement Pleat Sleeve Top can be snapped up from luxury womenswear brand ME+EM.
Meanwhile, on the dance floor, the competition is getting tougher as the remaining eight couples compete to reach Blackpool.
One pair will narrowly miss out on dancing in the famous Tower Ballroom when the show heads to the seaside next weekend.
Strictly: The Results airs tomorrow night on BBC One at 7.20pm.
