Just one month after making his first Billboard chart appearance, 310babii is now officially a Billboard Hot 100-charting artist.
The Los Angeles-based rapper scores his first career entry on the Nov. 25-dated Hot 100, as “Soak City (Do It)” debuts at No. 100. The song, released in June on sal.vo sounds, enters with 5.2 million U.S. streams (up 8%) and 2.5 million radio audience impressions (up 90%) in the Nov. 10-16 tracking week, according to Luminate.
The track also holds at its No. 21 high on Hot Rap Songs and rises 26-25 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Plus, it debuts at No. 25 on Rhythmic Airplay, marking 310babii’s first entry on a radio chart.
“Soak City (Do It)” became 310babii’s first Billboard chart hit in October when it debuted at No. 33 on the TikTok Billboard Top 50 chart. The song reached a new No. 17 best on the Nov. 18-dated ranking. The viral track has soundtracked 400,000 clips on TikTok to date.
The song appears on the rapper’s debut full-length LP, Lottery Pick, released in June. The cut has also been boosted by a remix featuring Mustard, OhGeesy, BlueBucksClan, Tyga and Blueface, released Sept. 8.
Before Lottery Pick, 310babii had released four other songs: “Awful Lot,” “We The Ones,” “Walk” with Luh Tyler, and “Slow It Down” with John Mackk.
