Our Yorkshire Farm first debuted on November 27 back in 2018 and was an instant hit with viewers.
Channel 5 viewers watched the lives of Amanda Owen, her then-husband Clive and their children work and play on a rural sheep farm in the heart of Yorkshire.
The series was loved by many and quickly became one of the broadcaster’s most successful shows, gaining a total of 15 million viewers across its five seasons.
Amanda, who’s known as the Yorkshire Shepherdess, was the break-out star of the show with fans keeping up to date with the 49-year-old on social media when each season ended.
However, last year Our Yorkshire Farm came to an end following the breakdown of Amanda and Clive’s 22-year marriage.
As it’s been five years since the Yorkshire Shepherdess first made her TV debut, Express.co.uk is taking a look at how her life has changed.
According to Entertainment Daily, her net worth is said to be more than £1million with her annual earnings at an estimated £250,000.
Despite no longer being with Clive, whom she first met when she was 21, Amanda still lives close by to continue running Ravenseat Farm.
Speaking about the logistics of working with her ex-husband, she told The Telegraph: “Sometimes I’m there, sometimes he’s there, sometimes he’s working away, sometimes I’m working away.
“We just have to make it fit. There’s enough room, believe me.”
Although the Channel 5 series came to an end, Amanda returned to screens earlier this year to front her own spin-off show.
The More4 series, titled Amanda Owen’s Farming Lives, explores the pressures facing the modern farmer as the 49-year-old travelled across the country with inspirational and moving stories.
It looks like her children are following in their mother’s TV footsteps as the youngest three, Annas, Nancy and Clemmy take centre stage on the Sky Kids’ show, Pooch Mooch.
Aside from Amanda’s TV work, she showcased her culinary skills last year as a guest chef at Latitude Festival.
Since rising to fame back in 2018, Amanda has also written a string of books retelling stories of her life and raising nine children.
In terms of her love life, The Sun reports the 49-year-old has moved on with 71-year-old businessman Robert Davies.
After being spotted together at an event in Kent earlier this year, a source told the publication: “Amanda and Robert have known each other many years, long before her split. Now he travels everywhere with her and they’ve become seemingly inseparable.”
Recently it’s been rumoured that the Shepherdess and her ex-clive are reuniting together once more on TV for a new series called Our Farm Next Door.
Together with their son Reuben, the Channel 4 show is set to follow them renovate a farmhouse near Ravenseat Farm.
Amanda regularly keeps fans posted on her life on Instagram, sharing snippets of farm life with her children helping her.
Her most recent post was a series of images she captioned: “Been raining cats and dogs. A whole week of rain, wind and plenty of mud.”
Some of the snaps included her girls climbing a tree, feeding the horses and mucking out a barn.
