That’s whisky business!

“Yellowstone” star Cole Hauser announced his new brand of whisky Wednesday amid his coffee battle against the hit Paramount+ show’s creator, Taylor Sheridan.

“I’m proud to announce that I have teamed up with some friends to start a whiskey brand inspired by the heritage and grit of the pioneers that built Montana,” Hauser wrote on Instagram.

“The ranch, and namesake of our @lazykbarwhiskey, represents the long standing traditions and hard-fought history of ranchers in Montana.”

Hauser continued that Lazy K Bar whiskey is an “8-year-old premium whiskey” now available exclusively in Montana and “was awarded 98 points by the Tasting Panel magazine.”

“If you’re in big sky country, I hope you’ll grab a bottle,” he concluded.

Although another post of the whiskey’s Instagram account claims the idea for the company “was born years ago,” it’s come to reality in the wake of Sheridan suing Hauser for trademark infringement, claiming Hauser’s Free Rein Coffee Company logo looks is too close to his Bosque Ranch logo.

A lawsuit filed Nov. 21 by the ranch against Free Rein in the Northern District of Texas’ federal court in San Angelo cited unfair competition and false advertising.

Free Rein allegedly uses “a brand mark strikingly similar to Bosque Ranch’s registered trademark, potentially misleading consumers,” according to the suit.

Both the caffeine company and the ranch use a similar logo, with the letters B and R intertwining.

The ranch, which has been used to film the “Yellowstone” prequel “1883,” even dropped its own coffee brand alongside Community Coffee earlier this year.

Fans couldn’t help but poke fun at Hauser’s ill-timed whisky announcement on Wednesday.

“Hold on Cole….Taylor might sue you again cuz he’s insecure,” one person commented on Instagram.

“I’m sure Taylor will find a reason to sue you for that too,” a second wrote.

A third giggled, “Waiting on Taylor to say you copied his idea lol.”

The Post has contacted reps for Hauser and Sheridan for comment.

“Yellowstone” will debut its final five-episode season in November 2024 and will start filming in the spring.

It still hasn’t been announced if Kevin Costner — who shocked fans when he left the show in 2022 — will return for the final season as he and Sheridan are also believed to be feuding.
