Round Table Management has hired Steve Ford as artist manager/head of artist development, the company announced on Tuesday (Oct. 17).
Round Table represents We The Kingdom, Cody Carnes, Kari Jobe and more. With the hiring of Ford, artists Britt Nicole, Ivan Theva, One Common and Jillian Warman will join the firm’s roster of clients.
In his new role, Ford will play a critical role in nurturing and advancing the careers of artists within the company by guiding, supporting and encouraging their growth.

As a long-time executive in the music industry with a career that spans decades, Ford has become known for his expertise and leadership. In 2022, he launched his successful management company, SF3 Management. Prior to that, he served as GM at three prominent labels, culminating in his tenure at Centricity Music. His career in the industry kicked off in A&R at Sparrow Records. Over the years, he navigated his way through various facets of the industry, ultimately rising through the ranks in marketing.
