Holly Willoughby has addressed the moment her Dancing on Ice co-host Stephen Mulhern made her jump out of her skin during the live ITV programme on social media.
On Saturday afternoon, ahead of Dancing on Ice airing, the blonde beauty shared a picture of herself in a figure-hugging lemon yellow gown.
The presenter wore her light blonde hair in a stunning updo, with a few wavy stands of hair pulled out of the bun, shaping her face.
Her left shoulder was exposed as part of the dress’ asymmetrical design and the bold gown was floor-length, hiding the star’s footwear.
She cheekily captioned the photograph in light of her thousands of Instagram followers: “This is Big Brother… Please do not swear. See you on @dancingonice at 6:20.”
The mother-of-three paid homage to the designer behind the gown as well as the jewellery and shoemakers she used to complete the outfit.
Holly added: “Tonight we celebrate the best dance styles ever! #hwstyle dress by @safiyaa_official shoes by @renecaovilla jewellery by @mappinandwebb.”
Her tongue-in-cheek post comes a week after fans were left taken aback suggesting she shouted “f**k off” to co-host Stephen.
The 42-year-old was standing beside her co-star to introduce some of the skaters to the rink last Sunday when the blunder happened.
Stephen played a trick on Holly, causing her to mutter something under her breath as he made her jump.
Holly told the cameras: “Right our next couple are taking on one of cinema’s spookiest characters, Beetlejuice. Hoping to give their opponent the fright of their life…”
Stephen then screamed into Holly’s ear, frightening her. Viewers were convinced she uttered the F-bomb as she panicked.
Earlier today, fans flocked to the comments section on her Instagram, with one person writing: Crying at the caption – sometimes it can’t be helped… Looking beautiful as always xx.”
Deb, who appeared to adore Holly’s look, penned: “Beautiful. you look stunning in that colour.”
A third remarked: “Smashing it with a bright number tonight Holly. Loving it, have a great time.” (sic)
Dancing on Ice airs tonight at 6.20pm on ITV and ITVX.
