The “New Heights” show could have a new home.
Travis and Jason Kelce are in serious talks about bringing their popular podcast to Amazon’s Wondery, The Post has learned.
No deal has been finalized.
An Amazon spokesperson declined to comment to The Post.
Over the past several years, podcasts have become multi-platform media.
What began as a pure audio format has evolved into a segmenting of the content between full audio shows, a video component for the complete show and the isolation of highlight clips.
Every week, “New Heights” has clips that go viral on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and X, and drive news cycles in which they are covered by traditional media.
The podcast launched in September 2022.
The show has been under the umbrella of Wave Sports + Entertainment, and the two sides remain in serious talks about the podcast staying there.
Bloomberg reported last month that a deal for “New Heights” could reach “eight figures.”
Travis Kelce is one of the greatest tight ends of all time, and could arguably top the list. He is a nine-time Pro Bowler, four-time All-Pro and three-time Super Bowl champion.
He already had a high Q rating with sports fans, and guest-hosted “Saturday Night Live” last March.
His fame skyrocketed after he started dating the world-famous singer Taylor Swift last fall.
Jason Kelce retired this offseason after a stellar 13-year career playing center for the Eagles.
He was a seven-time Pro Bowler, six-time All-Pro and a Super Bowl champion in 2018.
The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand reported last month that Jason will be taking his talents to ESPN, where he will appear on “Monday NFL Countdown” during the football season.
Amazon acquired Wondery in 2020.
Wondery announced earlier this week it would be launching a new football podcast with the personality Annie Agar.
