There’s a new gang in the Mystery Machine.

“Saturday Night Live” spoofed “Scooby Doo” during a gore-splattered skit for the show’s season 49 finale on May 18 with the help of host Jake Gyllenhaal and musical guest Sabrina Carpenter.

The duo played Fred and Daphne, with Mikey Day as Shaggy and Sarah Sherman as Velma.

A CGI Scooby rounded out the squad.

In the skit, the group entered a haunted house looking for “the Shadow Phantom,” whom Scooby captures. They uncovered the villain to reveal his identity: Old Man Franklin!

But Fred still had doubts about Old Man Franklin, so he ripped off the skin from his face, believing he was wearing a second mask.

The entire gang started screaming over the Phantom’s bloody face.

“Quick, we need to put the face in a bowl of dry rice,” Carpenter’s Daphne said.

“It’s not a cellphone, you moron!” Sherman’s Velma responded.

Day’s Shaggy dropped the skull on the ground and Scooby ate it. Then, Shaggy’s arm got cut off in a secret doorway which splattered blood all over the rest of his friends.

Velma tried to help but she ended up getting decapitated by a piano wire.

A police officer played by Kenan Thompson arrived but he quickly got shot by Fred, who told Daphne that they “can’t have any witnesses.” He also shot a pair of eyes watching them through the wall.

Daphne is horrified at what Fred did, so Fred turned his gun on her. However, he got shot in the chest by Scooby.

“Rut Roh, b–h,” Scooby said.

The end of the skit revealed it was all an advertisement for Apple Face ID, featuring the slogan, “Never Get Ripped Off Again.”

Gyllenhaal, 43, hosted “SNL” for a third time this weekend.

The actor delivered a musical monologue where he joked about being punched by Conor McGregor in “Road House” and broke out into song while mentioning the other stars who turned down hosting the season 49 finale.

“I was actually the first choice to host the finale after a lot of people said no,” Gyllenhaal sang. “I guess they’re all holding out for the 50th, but not me. Not little JG. I’m the one who said, ‘yeah.’”

He continued: “They asked Pedro Pascal but he wasn’t around. Zendaya said no ’cause she’d be out of town. Even asked [Ryan] Gosling to come back, just hosted three shows ago.”

Carpenter, 25, made her “SNL” debut as the season 49 musical guest.

She performed her hit song “Espresso,” followed by a medley of her tracks “Feather” and “Nonsense.”

“Saturday Night Live” will return for season 50 later this year.
