All hands were back on deck for the Knicks in Game 7 against the Pacers, as invaluable wing OG Anunoby returned Sunday after missing the previous four games.

Anunoby tested the balky hamstring he injured in Game 2 and was in the starting lineup — as was Josh Hart — with the Knicks looking to advance to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time since 2000.

Both Anunoby and Hart (abdominal strain) had been listed as questionable on Saturday’s injury report.

Anunoby also missed 32 games in the regular season with elbow issues, but the Knicks have posted a 26-5 record (playoffs included) with him in the lineup since he was acquired in late December from the Raptors.
