Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas has issued an apology to dance partner Luba Mushtuk.

The 35-year-old took to his Instagram stories to apologise to Luba in front of his one million followers after forgetting to get her a coffee.

The former Emmerdale actor and Luba, 33, were seen larking about prior to an appearance on BBC Morning Live.

Speaking on his stories, Adam asked his dance partner: “What happened Luba?”

He then added: “Luba is not happy with me this morning because I forgot to get her a coffee.”

Luba jumped in and said: “How is it possible to go buy yourself a coffee and forget to get me a coffee?

“I’m bringing you food, I’m bringing you snacks, water.”

Adam expressed: “I said that I’m sorry and it won’t happen again. Can we let it go now?”

The Russian dancer agreed and said, “Letting it go right now, it’s gone.”

“It’s definitely not done is it?” Adam quipped, as Luba joked, “It’s definitely not,” before the pair started laughing.

The duo have been going from strength to strength on this year’s Strictly and have so far managed to avoid being in the dreaded dance-off.

On last Saturday’s show, the pair danced a Couple’s Choice to a Backstreet Boys medley, with Adam being overcome with emotion.

The actor revealed he and his two brothers Ryan and Scott wanted to be in a boyband when they were younger and he was paying tribute to them with the performance.

Adam shared that Ryan, 39, played a father-figure role as their father was absent for some years, taking on the responsibility of looking after the star and his twin brother Scott.

They were awarded a score of 32 points which is the same score they received for their Waltz the previous week.

The professional couple are taking on the American Smooth this week to Magic Moments by Perry Como for the fun-filled Halloween week on Saturday night.
