Yesterday Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attended an event in New York where they spoke about mental health.

The couple made two stops on their trip to the city, first visiting a school and later taking part in a panel talk.

Over the course of the day, the stylish Duchess of Sussex wore two looks that in total came to over £17,000.

Arriving at Marcy Lab school earlier in the day, Meghan wore a jacket with a sweet meaning behind it to talk to students.

The former-actor wore a jacket given to her by students on the debate team at the Robert Clack School in London, UK during her March 2020 visit.

The fashionable royal wore the jacket with a pair of black skinny jeans, the Frame Denim ‘Le Color’ Skinny Jeans, which cost $208 (£169.34).

She accessorised with her 14-carat gold three-prong diamond choker necklace, $3,850.00 (£3,134.48), and her Cartier ‘Love’ Bracelet, $7,350.00 (£5,984).

On her feet, the Duchess wore the Jennifer Chamandi ‘Lorenzo 105’ Pumps, which retail at $713.18 (£580.64).

Later in the day, Meghan dressed up in a smart ivory suit look.

She wore the sold-out Altuzzara ‘Wilding’ Off-the-Shoulder Wool Blazer, which sells for $987 (£803.57).

The Duchess matched the piece with the Altuzzara ‘Bendix’ Wide-Leg Wool Pants, $995 (£810.08).

On her feed she wore shoes from a favourite brand, the Aquazzura ‘Purist 105’ Pumps in Nude Leather, which cost $825 (£671.67).

But, her jewelry was the most expensive part of the look. She wore the Logan Hollowell ‘Queen Emerald’ Choker Queen Emerald Cut Emerald Cuban Choker, which would set one back $4,100 (£3338.01), and the Sarah Hendler ‘Spear Tip Dangle’ Earring, which cost $1,900 (£1546.88).
