Barstool founder Dave Portnoy has called for Sean “Diddy” Combs to be jailed after violent footage from 2016 was published online showing the rapper assaulting then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

“Throw Diddy in jail,” Portnoy wrote on X. “Throw away the key. Throw away the key to whoever had this video and kept their mouth shut. I mean holy f–k.”

The disturbing surveillance footage, shows Combs chasing, dragging, kicking and shoving Ventura in the hallway of the Los Angeles InterContinental Hotel on March 5, 2016.

CNN obtained the footage from an anonymous source before it was published on Friday, sparking outrage around the world.

Portnoy is just one of the many high-profile figures who have expressed their disgust over the graphic video.

Model Emily Ratajkowski also took to X to brand Diddy, 54, a “monster.”

50 Cent, who has publicly feuded with Diddy for years also weighed in.

“Now I’m sure Puffy didn’t do it, he is innocent this proves nothing ! This is what his lawyers are gonna say,” he sarcastically remarked online. “God help us all.”

Meanwhile, singer Aubrey O’Day also reacted to the clip, offering “prayers” for survivors of domestic violence and writing online that “the picture is getting a lot more clear for you all I can imagine.”

37-year-old Ventura, who dated Combs on and off from 2007 to 2018 and was signed to his record label, sued the rapper last year, alleging that she experienced sexual abuse and physical violence at the hands of Combs.

The suit also claimed that Combs used his money and power to control Ventura, who met Combs when she was just 19 and he was 37, and alleged that he shelled out $50,000 to the InterContinental for the security footage.

While Ventura settled the lawsuit one day after filing, five other lawsuits have been filed against Combs alleging sexual assault and other crimes. Combs, however, recently filed to toss one of the suits, claiming the plaintiff did not include pertinent information regarding the alleged incident.

Last month, in an investigation into sex trafficking conducted by the Department of Homeland Security, authorities raided Combs’ mansions in Los Angeles and Florida.
