About the Jets-Bills matchup

As noted above, there was quite a bit of turnover this week for the Jets and Bills.

On Tuesday, the Jets dropped 24-year-old RB Michael Carter; thus far, he’d rushed for 38 yards on eight carries in nine games this season. Soon after his release, the Arizona Cardinals picked him up.

Over in Buffalo, they let offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey go; in his place, interim OC Joe Brady will step in.

In regards to the teams’ histories against one another, they’ve played 126 (!) times since 1960, way back when the Jets were the Titans.

The Bills currently own a 68-58 lifetime record over the Jets. In their most recent regular season matchup, the Bills won 20-12 in December 2022.
