Godsmack is doing things a little bit differently in 2024.

Rather than melt audience’s faces with their trademark hard rock on the upcoming ‘Vibez Tour’ with special guest Bastian da Cruz, the band is planning on delivering “intimate evening(s) of acoustic/electric performances and untold stories” according to their Instagram.

Along the way, they’ll stop into Atlantic City’s Ovation Hall at Ocean Casino Resort on Friday, May 3 and Newark’s New Jersey Performing Arts Center on Saturday, May 4.

And if you want to see what Sully Erna and the band have up their sleeve for this nontraditional tour, you can grab tickets for all 37 upcoming concerts as of today.

At the time of publication, tickets start anywhere from $52 to $136 before fees on Vivid Seats for all shows on the run.

Godsmack new music

On Feb. 24, the band dropped their eighth studio album “Lighting Up The Sky.”

Made up of 11 tracks, the band employs all of their familiar tricks — soaring vocals, heavy guitar and tight drums — to create another strong entry in their canon.

Our team was particularly fond of the rocking “Soul On Fire” and somber “Truth.”

Still, the standout has to be the soulful, pensive “Growing Old.”

You can listen to the far from acoustic record here.

Bastian da Cruz

The rocker, originally from Denmark, will be joining Godsmack on all tour dates.

“I’ve dreamt of this my entire life and now it’s finally happening,” he shared on Instagram after the tour was announced.

If you want to check out his sound, you can listen to da Cruz’s entire discography here.
