The second-eldest Jonas Brother filed to dismiss his petition for dissolution in Miami Wednesday after he and the “Game of Thrones” star reached a short-term settlement relating to baby custody, in keeping with court docket paperwork obtained by The Post.
They decided earlier this week that they’ll break up custody of their daughters Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1.
The youngsters will spend roughly 20-day durations at a time bouncing between the US with Jonas and the UK with Turner.
The short-term settlement goes by means of Jan. 7, 2024. It’s been decided that the ladies will spend Thanksgiving within the States and Christmas throughout the pond.

“After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK,” the pair reportedly stated in an announcement Tuesday. “We look forward to being great co-parents.”
The estranged couple’s nasty divorce has performed out within the public since Jonas filed for divorce Sept. 5. The actress later alleged she was blindsided by the choice.
Last month, Turner filed a lawsuit towards Jonas, accusing him of refusing handy over their daughters’ passports to let the ladies return to their “forever home” in England.
An interim consent order filed in Manhattan federal court docket had the ladies staying in NYC in the interim.
The musician responded to the bombshell lawsuit by way of his rep, hoping that Turner would “reconsider her harsh legal position and move forward in a more constructive and private manner” and that “his only concern is the well-being of his children.”
