Katie Price has reportedly “confirmed” that she is packing up and moving out of her £2 million mansion after being served an “eviction notice.” The reality TV star was reported earlier this month to have weeks to leave her home.

It comes just over a month after she was found guilty of driving without insurance or a licence. Katie has also recently been declared bankrupt for a second time over an unpaid tax bill.

According to The Mirror, Katie said that she “can’t wait” to leave her mansion after living there for nine years. She also shared that she’s had “nothing but bad memories” while living there.

She admitted: “I absolutely hate the Mucky Mansion, even how it’s been called the Mucky Mansion because of all the stuff that happened there before. I can’t wait to get out of that house I’ve had nothing but bad memories in that house for nine years.”

A few weeks ago, the 45-year old was sent a letter by Horsham County Court dated April 24 2024, stating that ‘the eviction will take place on May 29, 2024, at 10am’.

The letter also stated: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant.

“A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant. A writ gives a High Court Enforcement Officer the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.

“In this notice, the term “Authorised Person” is used to refer to either the Bailiff or the High Court Enforcement Officer.”

Two months ago, Katie spoke about her “money woes” but insisted that nobody would take her mansion away. She said: “You’ve followed my life, my journey, I say it as it is. Yes, I’m in a bankruptcy. But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it off me as well.”

In February, she was ordered by a High Court judge to pay 40 per cent of her income from OnlyFans to trustees for the next three years in a separate dispute over unpaid debts.
