Fashion feud.

Kelly Osbourne recently reflected on her time working with her former “Fashion Police” co-host Giuliana Rancic.

“We don’t need to give her any f – – king anything,” Kelly, 39, said to her mother, Sharon Osbourne, on a recent episode of “The Osbournes Podcast.”

During the episode, Kelly’s brother, Jack Osbourne, explained to their mother and father, Ozzy Osbourne, that Kelly was blamed for making a “really kind of f – – king racist comment” about actress Zendaya’s hair at the 2015 Oscars.

Instead, Rancic made the remark, saying that the “Dune” actress looked like “she smelled like patchouli oil and weed.”

Jack, 38, said that he read “an article where Zendaya was like, ‘Yeah, f – – k Giuliana Rancic.’ “

“Good for her,” Kelly said in response.

At the time, Zendaya posted on social media about the ordeal.

“To say that an 18-year-old young woman with locs must smell of patchouli oil or ‘weed’ is not only a large stereotype but outrageously offensive,” she wrote.

Rancic issued an apology for her offensive comments about the young performer.

“I just want everyone to know, I didn’t intend to hurt anyone,” Rancic said, according to the LA Times. “But I’ve learned it is not my intent that matters, it’s the result. And the result is that people are offended, including Zendaya, and that is not OK.”

Zendaya later spoke about the controversial moment in 2021 with W magazine and the impact of those comments.

“That’s how change happens,” the “Challengers” star, who was 24 at the time, said. “And it made me think, ‘How could I always have a lasting impact on what people saw and associated with people of color?’”

Kelly worked with Rancic, now 49, on the “E! News” show with the late Joan Rivers and magazine editor George Kotsiopoulos. The show aired from 2010 to 2017.

Jack said that he hasn’t “seen anything from her [Rancic] in a very long time,” to which Kelly replied: “Wouldn’t know because as far as I’m concerned, she doesn’t exist.”

Two years after this incident, Kelly decided to leave the popular show. Although her dynamics with Rancic were rough, her experience overall on the show wasn’t a negative one.

Kelly said that Rivers, who died in September 2014 at age 81, served as a maternal figure to her.

“She always had my back. She was such a cheerleader for me and made me believe in myself in a way that I never ever ever did until she came into my life,” Kelly said. “And not having her to learn from every week like I did was a huge loss for me.”

She also spoke fondly of Joans Rivers’ daughter, Melissa Rivers, who joined “Fashion Police” in 2015 when her mother died on the podcast.

“And so that to me, I can never do enough for Melissa. I can never repay her enough for all that she went through in all of that. That to me is the part when you look back at it that is really, really sad,” Kelly said.
