Superstar broker Ryan Serhant, formerly of “Million Dollar Listing: New York,” will lead Netflix’s first-ever New York-based real estate series, “Owning Manhattan,” The Post can exclusively reveal.

“The show completely redefines the genre for real estate TV. If you like ‘Selling Sunset,’ ‘Succession’ and ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ you will like this show,” Serhant, who is also a producer, told The Post in a statement. “We spent two years making it, capturing all the ups and downs of a growing company, and filming in some of the most jaw-dropping real estate in the world. I’m excited — and terrified — to finally release this show to such a big, global audience with Netflix.”

Per the show’s synopsis, “In this new Netflix reality series, ‘Owning Manhattan’ gives a look inside the glamorous, adrenaline-filled universe of high-stakes real estate in New York City.”

“World famous broker and CEO Ryan Serhant will stop at nothing as he builds his brokerage and goes after the most exclusive luxury listings in the city. And he’s not alone: He’s leading an ambitious army of agents on a mission to become the No. 1 brokerage in the world.”
