AVAION faces serious abuse allegations from ex-partner

AVAION is facing serious abuse allegations after his ex-partner posted a detailed public statement on Instagram on April 22. Notably, his agency District Live has since cancelled his entire tour, and Electric Love Festival removed him from its 2026 lineup within 24 hours of the post.

The statement was published from the account x.posemall. The poster, who identifies herself as the German producer’s former partner from 2021 to 2025, alleges multiple instances of rape, physical and emotional abuse, manipulation, stalking, exploitation and privacy violations across the relationship. She also released a 1-hour 16-minute video that she says contains over 800 individual clips of evidence, documents, witness statements and chat records.

Meanwhile, AVAION addressed the allegations briefly via an Instagram Story, since deleted. He stated that he is “dismayed by the allegations” and that the situation is “very stressful” for him. Furthermore, he indicated he plans to respond more fully after taking legal steps. His management has said a public statement is expected later this week.

Industry reaction has moved fast. In turn, multiple promoters and venues across Germany, Austria and Switzerland have removed AVAION from upcoming bills. The Komplex 457 venue in Zurich cancelled his scheduled show. Crucially, the ex-partner’s stated demand throughout the post is “no stages for perpetrators.”

The poster framed the publication as a last resort. She wrote that she has been considering whether and how to make the circumstances public since October 2024, and that an attempted private resolution via NDA broke down. Equally, she stated the goal is accountability rather than retaliation.

AVAION rose to international attention with the streaming hit ‘Pieces’ and a triple-platinum certification across European markets. Still, the allegations now overshadow that commercial run. The producer’s tour calendar across 2026 had been one of the busiest in the German melodic dance circuit.
