STMPD RCRDS is officially marking a decade in the game. The Dutch record label founded by Martin Garrix has just announced the world premiere of a brand-new 10 years documentary, set to unveil at an intimate rooftop screening in Ibiza next week. Tickets are sold per duo on a first-come, first-served basis, with very limited spots available across three sessions.
The premiere will take place at the rooftop of Náutico Ibiza Harbour, with three exclusive screenings scheduled: 1st July at 9:30PM and 3rd July at 9:30PM and 11:00PM. Given the rooftop’s limited capacity and the duo-ticket format, the premiere is positioned as one of the most exclusive label-fan touchpoints in recent memory.
STMPD RCRDS: ten years that reshaped modern dance music
The Dutch label was founded by the Dutch superstar in 2016 as a fully independent home for his own releases and for the next wave of producers around him. From the very first releases, STMPD RCRDS positioned itself as a creative-led, artist-first imprint with a heavy focus on melodic festival house, big-room and progressive crossover sound.
Across the decade, the Dutch label has released some of the defining festival anthems of the era. From the Dutch artist’s own ‘Scared To Be Lonely’ with Dua Lipa, ‘There For You’ with Troye Sivan and the chart-conquering ‘In The Name Of Love’ with Bebe Rexha, to releases from Matisse & Sadko, Brooks, Justin Mylo, Loopers, Julian Jordan, DallasK and a long line of carefully picked next-gen artists. The Dutch label has also expanded into compilation series, mixtape projects and global event takeovers.
More recently, the Dutch imprint has leaned into the more experimental side of dance, with crossover releases like the Dutch superstar’s own GRX-aliased records, deeper progressive cuts and collaborations spanning Ed Sheeran, Sentinel and a forthcoming Madonna collaboration that was debuted live at his recent Brooklyn shows.
The 10 years STMPD RCRDS documentary is positioned as a behind-the-scenes deep-dive into how the Dutch label was built from a single-artist imprint into one of the most respected independent labels in modern dance music. The Náutico Ibiza premiere also lands at a strategically meaningful moment, with the entire global dance industry currently gathered on the island for the opening of the summer season.
